A Little about North East Mortgages Ltd
Alan Thomson has been with Mortgage Advice Bureau since 2015. With over 37 years of experience in finance; Alan has been a successful Commercial BDM and Senior Relationship Manager with RBS and Clydesdale Bank and latterly with The Post Office in the mortgage and protection industry.
Alan has successfully developed relationships with estate agents, solicitors, and accountants who regularly refer their clients to him for trusted advice. He passionately believes in delivering outstanding customer service to his clients, who return over and over again for financial guidance. Alan is an expert in dealing with a wide variety of scenarios; ranging from first time buyers, home movers, new build to remortgage clients, buy-to-let investors along with complex arrangements like self-build mortgages.
In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, hill walking and watching football having played professionally for Fraserburgh and Peterhead in the 80s and 90’s.
